Sound Harley-Davidson and members of our HOG Chapter hosted a Search & Rescue Ride/Event for the Snohomish County Rescue Team on Saturday, August 29th!

The morning began with a ride around the greater areas of north Snohomish County, and then back to the dealership for a BBQ provided by our HOG Chapter and some show & tell by the Rescue Team!

Oddly enough, the Snohomish County Rescue Team got called out on a mission Friday at midnight - so we didn't know if we would have anything to display for the event. You can't exactly plan when disasters and/or help will be needed…However, throughout the morning rescue equipment and team members trickled in. They've been up for 24 plus hours by the time they came to our dealership and stayed throughout the afternoon in good spirits! To make things even more chilling and proud, the Search & Rescue Helicopter came hovering down our dealership and made a two hour appearance before heading back to their mission!

All the proceeds that were raised went to the Snohomish County Rescue Team, who voluntarily spend their time rescuing others!
